The primary goal of the Equine Industry Guide to Safety is to provide information on safety issues concerning horse riders, instructors and staff; as well as their responsibility regarding the health and humane treatment of horses. Displaying the Guide will serve as a constant visual reminder to ensure the health and safety of all involved in businesses within the Equine Industry across Australia including (but not limited to) riding and equestrian centres, pony clubs, equine veterinary services and clinics as well as jockey, polo, race and turf clubs.
