The QR interactive Food Manufacturing Industry Guide to Safety is supported by Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ), Australian Food Cold Chain Council (AFCCC) and the National Safety Council of Australia (NSCA) Foundation.
This year’s edition covers Understanding Foodborne Illnesses, Staff Training, Managing Listeria, Managing Salmonella, Food Flooring, and Food Grade Lubricants. Scanning the Dynamic QR Codes allows the user to ‘interact’ with the printed wall piece, giving a window to further resources relevant to the topics covered, increasing user engagement and retention of information and assisting with workplace training initiatives.
The Guide is distributed to food companies, manufacturers and processors as well as training and education institutes throughout Australia.
