The School Canteen Guide to Food Safety & Nutrition is supported by Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ), the Food Safety Information Council and the National Safety Council of Australia Foundation. It is an important resource for school canteen managers, workers and volunteers to ensure the health and safety of students across Australia. Now with Augmented Reality (AR) capability, the Guide allows canteen managers and workers to access resources and information about hygiene and food safety in the canteen, operating tips, nutrition and dietary guidelines including allergies and plant-based foods, plus information on a food safety essentials training course run by the FSIC.
