The Food Manufacturing Industry Guide to Safety is supported by Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) and the National Safety Council of Australia (NSCA) Foundation. This year's edition concentrates on fire safety in food factories, COVID-19 and health and hygiene – advice for food businesses. The Guide is distributed to food companies, manufacturers, processors as well as training and education institutes across Australia. Incorporating Augmented Reality (AR) technology into the Guide creates a space for interaction and a window for more information and resources relevant for the Food Manufacturing Industry.
